Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

VEO 3 Video Generator provides digital, credit-based AI video generation services. Because credits, subscription benefits, and generation capacity may be made available immediately after purchase, refund requests are reviewed individually under this Refund Policy.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under this Refund Policy, purchases of credits, subscriptions, and other digital services are final and non-refundable.

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

2. Independent Service Disclaimer

VEO 3 Video Generator is an independent AI video generation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Google LLC, Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or any other third-party AI model provider unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.

References to third-party models, technologies, or product names describe compatibility or functionality only and do not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership, or official status.

3. Brand and Service Identification

Before completing a purchase, users are responsible for reviewing and verifying:

  • the website and domain they are visiting;
  • the merchant name displayed during checkout;
  • the product and feature descriptions;
  • the selected plan, price, billing interval, and currency;
  • the included credits and applicable usage limits;
  • the automatic-renewal terms, if any; and
  • these terms and the Terms of Service.

A refund is not automatically granted solely because a user:

  • believed the service was affiliated with another company;
  • believed the platform was an official website of another AI provider;
  • misunderstood a domain name, advertisement, search result, or search-engine ranking;
  • expected access to another company's products, accounts, or services; or
  • did not review the merchant, plan, price, or service description before purchasing.

Users who are uncertain about the identity or features of the service should contact support before completing payment.

4. Digital Services and Immediate Delivery

Our products are digital services that may be delivered immediately after payment. Delivery begins when any of the following occurs:

  • credits are added to an account;
  • subscription benefits are activated;
  • premium features become available;
  • generation capacity is made available; or
  • a generation request is submitted or processed.

Once delivery begins, the service is considered partially or fully supplied. Any approved refund may therefore be reduced to reflect credits consumed, services delivered, and other benefits used.

Where applicable law provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right, we will honor that right. Where permitted by law, a user who expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the legal effect of beginning performance may lose or have a reduced right to withdraw once delivery has begun.

5. Credit-Based Service Model

VEO 3 Video Generator operates on a credit-based system. Credit usage may vary according to:

  • the AI model selected;
  • video duration and complexity;
  • output resolution or quality;
  • generation mode and settings;
  • audio, style, reference, or other optional features; and
  • third-party model or infrastructure costs.

The credit cost displayed for a generation request at the time of submission controls. Model availability, credit prices, and generation settings may change from time to time.

The validity period of credits, if any, is the period stated on the applicable pricing, product, or checkout page. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value except where required by law or expressly approved under this Refund Policy.

6. Credit Consumption

Credits are considered consumed when a generation request is accepted for processing by the platform.

Credits remain consumed when:

  • a video or other output is successfully generated;
  • the user is dissatisfied with the artistic result;
  • the prompt produces an unexpected result;
  • multiple attempts are made to obtain a preferred result;
  • the user deletes, does not download, or chooses not to use an output; or
  • the result reflects ordinary limitations or variability of generative AI.

If a generation fails because of a verified platform or provider error and no usable output is produced, the standard remedy is restoration of the affected credits rather than a cash refund.

7. AI Service Disclaimer

AI-generated content is probabilistic and may vary between requests, even when the same prompt, image, or settings are used.

Generation results may be affected by:

  • prompt wording and complexity;
  • reference-image quality, format, or composition;
  • model capabilities and limitations;
  • safety filters and content moderation;
  • third-party provider availability;
  • system load, processing time, or timeouts; and
  • supported durations, resolutions, aspect ratios, and features.

Variations in video quality, motion, style, facial or character consistency, prompt interpretation, camera movement, text rendering, audio, timing, or scene continuity are normal characteristics of generative AI. Such variations do not, by themselves, constitute a service defect or create an automatic right to a refund.

Users are responsible for confirming that the platform's supported features, durations, models, and output formats meet their needs before purchasing.

8. Refund Eligibility and Review Standard

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, approval is at the discretion of VEO 3 Video Generator following review of relevant records, which may include:

  • billing and payment records;
  • credit allocations and consumption;
  • generation history and output status;
  • account and subscription activity;
  • server, provider, and technical logs; and
  • communications and supporting documentation.

Approval of one refund does not establish a precedent or obligation to approve another request under the same or similar circumstances.

9. Situations That May Be Eligible

Subject to verification, the following situations may qualify for a refund, partial refund, credit restoration, service extension, or another appropriate remedy.

9.1 Billing Errors

  • a verified duplicate charge;
  • an incorrect charge amount;
  • a verified duplicate subscription created unintentionally; or
  • a charge made after a confirmed cancellation became effective.

9.2 Verified Technical Failure

If a platform or third-party provider failure consumes credits and produces no usable output, we will normally restore the consumed credits. A monetary refund may be considered if credit restoration is not reasonably possible or the issue materially prevents use of the purchased service.

9.3 Extended Service Unavailability

A remedy may be considered when a verified platform-wide outage prevents normal use of the purchased service for more than 48 consecutive hours.

9.4 Duplicate Payment

If the same order is charged more than once, the verified duplicate payment may be refunded.

Any remedy under this section remains subject to account verification, actual usage, applicable law, and the other terms of this Refund Policy.

10. Situations Generally Not Eligible

Except where required by applicable law, refunds are generally not approved for the following.

10.1 Successfully Generated Content

Credits used for successfully generated outputs are consumed services, regardless of:

  • user satisfaction;
  • artistic, stylistic, or quality preferences;
  • whether the output is downloaded or used;
  • whether several attempts were needed to obtain a preferred result; or
  • whether the user later changes their mind.

10.2 Prompt and User-Input Issues

Refunds are generally not provided for failures, blocks, or unsatisfactory results caused by:

  • prompt wording or complexity;
  • unsupported requests or features;
  • inaccurate, incompatible, or poor-quality uploads;
  • content moderation or safety review;
  • policy or community-guideline violations;
  • missing information or incorrect settings; or
  • other user-input errors.

10.3 AI Model Limitations

Refunds are generally not available because:

  • motion or camera behavior differs from expectations;
  • facial, character, or scene consistency varies;
  • text or logos are rendered inaccurately;
  • audio, style, or quality differs from expectations;
  • a prompt is interpreted differently than intended;
  • a model supports only a limited video duration or format; or
  • a requested feature is not supported by the selected model.

10.4 Change of Mind or Lack of Use

Not using, downloading, or fully consuming an activated digital service does not automatically entitle a user to a refund. Requests involving unused credits or unused subscription time may be considered individually but are not guaranteed.

10.5 Expired Credits or Benefits

Credits or benefits that have expired under the validity terms disclosed for the applicable product are not refundable, except where required by law.

10.6 Substantial or Partial Use

Where a material portion of the included credits or subscription benefits has been used, a full refund will not ordinarily be available. We may deny the request or approve only a partial refund after deducting the value of the used service.

11. Refund Calculation

If a refund is approved after any part of the service has been delivered or used, the refund may be reduced by:

  • the value of credits already consumed;
  • the value of services or subscription benefits already delivered;
  • applicable payment-processing, transaction, refund, or currency-conversion fees that are non-refundable to us; and
  • any other non-refundable third-party charges directly associated with the transaction.

Such deductions will be applied only where permitted by applicable law. If mandatory law requires a full refund, no prohibited deduction will be made.

Refund calculations are based on actual account usage and the records available to us. Successfully generated outputs and accepted generation requests may be included when determining used service value.

12. Technical Failures and Available Remedies

For a verified timeout, processing failure, internal platform error, or third-party AI provider failure that produces no usable output, the normal remedy is one or more of the following:

  • restoration of consumed credits;
  • replacement credits;
  • reasonable service extension;
  • regeneration access; or
  • another equivalent platform remedy.

A failed generation does not automatically qualify the entire purchase or subscription for a cash refund. A monetary refund may be considered if the verified issue is material, remains unresolved, and substantially prevents use of the purchased service.

13. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the available account-management method or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals after it is processed. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly confirmed by us:

  • cancellation does not retroactively reverse prior charges;
  • cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund; and
  • the subscription may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

Subscription refund requests are evaluated according to:

  • credits already consumed;
  • services and benefits already delivered;
  • account and generation activity;
  • the reason for the request;
  • the selected billing interval; and
  • this Refund Policy.

If a subscription refund is approved:

  • the value of consumed credits may be deducted;
  • the value of delivered services or benefits may be deducted;
  • applicable non-refundable payment-provider fees may be deducted where permitted by law;
  • remaining credits and subscription benefits may be revoked; and
  • the associated subscription and automatic renewal will be terminated.

Refunds are returned only to the original payment method unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.

14. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."

The request should include:

  • the account email address;
  • the order number or transaction ID;
  • the payment date and amount;
  • a payment receipt, if available;
  • a detailed reason for the request; and
  • relevant screenshots, task IDs, or error messages.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to locate the transaction, verify account ownership, review usage, or investigate a technical issue.

Failure to provide requested information may delay the review or prevent us from verifying eligibility.

15. Authorization to Review Account Records

By submitting a refund request, the user authorizes VEO 3 Video Generator to review records reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, including:

  • account activity;
  • subscription status;
  • credit allocation and consumption;
  • generation history and outputs;
  • billing and payment records;
  • server and technical logs; and
  • relevant support communications.

Such information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Review and Refund Timeline

16.1 Initial Review

We generally aim to complete the initial assessment within 2–3 business days after receiving all required information. Complex cases, payment-provider reviews, suspected fraud, or high-volume requests may take longer.

16.2 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved and any required confirmation has been received, we generally aim to submit it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

16.3 Bank or Payment-Provider Posting

After submission, the bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund. This timing is outside our control.

Refund-status estimates are not guarantees and may vary by payment method, provider, currency, and region.

17. Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are normally returned only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Alternative refund methods—including bank transfer, UPI, cryptocurrency, PayPal to a different account, cash, or payment to another person—are generally not supported.

If the original payment provider or merchant account is restricted or technically unable to issue a direct refund, we may provide reasonable instructions for completing the refund through the payment provider's formal dispute or chargeback process. We will cooperate with legitimate provider investigations.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Once a chargeback or payment dispute is opened:

  • the transaction may be controlled by the payment provider or issuing bank;
  • we may be unable to process a separate direct refund while the dispute remains open;
  • duplicate recovery through both a direct refund and a chargeback is not permitted; and
  • account access or related subscription benefits may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

We may provide the payment provider with relevant transaction, delivery, account-usage, and support records in response to a dispute. We will not interfere with rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

19. Abuse Prevention

To the extent permitted by law, we may deny, limit, or more closely review a refund request where we reasonably determine that:

  • the service has been substantially used;
  • a user repeatedly purchases, consumes, and requests refunds;
  • multiple refund requests involve repeated purchases or accounts;
  • the request contains materially false or misleading information;
  • account activity indicates abuse, fraud, or manipulation;
  • a chargeback is initiated after successful delivery and substantial use; or
  • the request seeks duplicate reimbursement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with verified refund abuse, fraud, or payment disputes, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

20. Appeals

If a refund request is denied or partially approved, the user may submit one appeal within 14 days of our decision.

The appeal must identify the decision being challenged and include any new or previously unavailable supporting information. Appeals are reviewed by management or an authorized reviewer.

Except where further review is required by applicable law or a payment provider, the appeal decision is final.

21. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, but are not obligated to, provide a refund, partial refund, credit restoration, service extension, or other accommodation outside the standard terms of this Refund Policy in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • verified billing-system errors;
  • significant unresolved platform failures;
  • documented hardship or emergency situations; or
  • other circumstances we determine warrant an exception.

An exception is discretionary, applies only to the specific case, and does not establish a precedent for future requests.

22. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any warranty, remedy, withdrawal right, cancellation right, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If the law applicable to a user provides greater rights than this Refund Policy, the mandatory provisions of that law will prevail.

23. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. The version in effect when a purchase was made will govern that purchase to the extent required by law.
